02PURPOSE. This site is strictly informational and exists to disseminate public-interest content about Modification 25 of the PGOU and the old town of Sant Joan d'Alacant. No products or services are offered and no economic transactions are carried out through the site.

03EU HOSTING. The site is hosted entirely on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). No international transfers of data outside the EU/EEA take place.

04DATA PROTECTION (GDPR). In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we declare that this site does NOT collect, store or process any personal data from visitors: there are no contact forms, no user registration, no newsletters, no comments, no private area. No IP addresses, device identifiers or browsing metadata are collected for analytical or commercial purposes.

05NO COOKIES, NO TRACKERS, NO FINGERPRINTING. In compliance with article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, we declare that the site does NOT use cookies (neither first-party nor third-party), does NOT use browser fingerprinting techniques, does NOT embed tracking pixels, does NOT use Google Analytics or equivalent analytics services, and does NOT embed social-media scripts that could track the user. For this reason no cookie banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to.

06EMAIL. Emails voluntarily sent to contacto@callesanjose.com are used solely to respond to the enquiry. They are not added to any database, are not shared with third parties and are kept only as long as necessary to handle the conversation. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to that same address, and you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

07INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Original texts are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Third-party photographs and materials belong to their respective authors and are reproduced, where applicable, under the right of citation (art. 32 LPI) for information and critical purposes.

09APPLICABLE LAW. This notice is governed by Spanish and European Union law, in particular: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (LPI) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Sant Joan d'Alacant / Alicante, without prejudice to consumer jurisdiction where applicable.
